FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Change of mind You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for change of mind that’s been purchased online. You must first contact us via this form and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Please note – Without a RA Number, your return may be rejected, in addition we do not cover the cost of delivery where products are being returned due to change of mind.

For a sucessful refund you must meet the following requirements:

    1. You are able to provide a bank statement or receipt as proof of purchase
    2. Goods are “as new” and in re-sellable condition
    3. You have obtained an Return Authorization Number
    4. Goods are returned within 30 days

Change of mind returns will incur a restocking fee of 10% per item if agreed to be in a re-sellable condition deemed by FiveFourCommunications. Once you have obtained a RA number from our team. Once this has been completed, print out the label, attach to your parcel.

The refund will only be processed after the goods have been inspected by our warehouse team and found to be in re-sellable condition.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that Seller’s Product is found to be defective (“Defective Product“) within ten (10) business days of receipt, Buyer shall promptly notify Seller through e-mail or fax of the existence of such Defective Product. Any Defective Product shall be replaced by Seller at its option. Buyer shall follow Seller’s instructions as to the disposition or return of said product. This policy refers only to product manufactured by Seller and not to any third-party product incorporated into Seller’s product.
